dariusburst DLC problem

Hi, I bought through the playstation network pal ita the dlc of the ship caves with my ps4 pal with game dariusburst chronicle savior, but I cannot install them, it does not see them, I should proceed with the download via notifications but at the time of startup it does not find files, can someone help me?

Did you definitely buy the original game from the EU store? That's the only thing I can imagine causing a problem. DLC has to match the region of the base game.

I got the SEGA DLC the other day and it didn't recognise it until I closed the application and reopened it, but otherwise no problem.

Can you try to install again from the PSN store? Good luck.

May sound dumb but after a restart of your PS4 and reboot of the game, are you seeing the option for "DLC Mode" in the main menu? The DLC characters aren't in the main game, they are only playable through that menu choice. You may also need to go into your PS4's system preferences and restore your digital licenses (this was the fix for me).

Go: (Settings) > [Account Management] > [Restore Licenses]. Make sure when it's done to restart and reload the game.
