Pvm 1954q.gosting or shadowing to the right of bright...

Hi, I got this weird issue, my 1954q have gosting to the right just White light on grey this is not a color bleed I think its not neck board related, its hard to describe. The picture is overall awesome, very good contrast, geometry all is ok eccept this defect, anyone knows from where I should start to looking into the board ?
I have already recapped the psu and deflection area.
