Converting a JP21 MSX2 SCART cable into something else?

I recently bought a XRGB-3 and it came with this SCART/JP21 cable for MSX2 computers or something:

Yes, some of the pins are missing but I did some research and apparently it wont really matter, I believe.
The cable definitely has good build quality, so before I butcher it, I'd like to know if I could convert it into a SCART cable for other consoles.

I was also thinking about making a SCART to Component/Audio converter, like the one that comes with the XRGB2 (cant find a picture but I know it exists), since the XRGB3 has some noise in the d-terminal inputs.
