New Astro City - MAME and control panel questions

Later this summer i'm picking up a New Astro City. Yay! I'm thinking about replacing the control panel by ordering a repro panel, along with new sticks and buttons. Are Seimitsu sticks compatible with these control panels and if so, which mounting plate should i order? I'm pretty new to this Candy Cab stuff.

Also, i'm going for a dedicated Win 10 Groovymame/Emudriver setup and would like to know if i've got everything right:

GPU Radeon R5 230 > VGA cable > JPAC > NAC

Stick compatibility depends on the mount under the control panel. Something to ask the creator/seller of the CP.

JPAC will do the rest.
