It's about a doctor turned fugitive hunting a maniac serial killer whose "obsession is... ultimate fear."

I've been saying this for a while now. It is a great show! I've been watching since the first fansub was released 1.5 years ago. I wish they would sub the last few episodes so I can finish it.

Agreeing with the above posts. This is easily my favorite anime series, and I think I've said it here before at one point. The characters aren't all playful and "happy-go-lucky" like in most anime - they act like real human beings, which goes good with it's very dark-themed and psycological setting. Enough critiquing, GO WATCH IT!

Cool, I'll have to check this series out. I usually catch things really early (when they're still being released in Japan / being fansubbed), but I seem to have missed this one.
