Have had a friend over to test this out and it's pretty remarkable.

Thanks for putting a video together, always good to see these setups. How good is CPS2/3 emulation? I'd still be interested in some sort FPGA solution for various arcade boards but this is a nice alternative and seems almost perfect. I was considering getting a cps2 and 3 for X-Men: COTA/AvsP and SF3 but I'd rather have a smaller solution as those boards are huge!

I've been using FBA and it runs pretty well on my FX 4300 which is stock clocked at 3.8Ghz. Granted FBA might not be the most accurate, with run ahead it was very very snappy. I've yet to try it out with MAME, but I tend to like FBA in RetroArch better than MAME.

The games I've fully tested so far are SFIII:3rd Strike(CPS3), Hyper SF2(CPS2), SFZ2A(CPS2), Alien vs Predator(CPS2) and they played flawlessly. Does anyone on here have anything further to say about FBA vs MAME when it comes to CPS games?

I finally got the chance to try this last night and it's working great. I've used retroarch with a CRT in the past but it was such a pain to set up with multiple config files, resolutions, and aspect ratios. This takes care of everything.
