S-Rgb video encoder

What form factor is the S-RGB encoder chip in the snes?

I want to get a test clip for it and make a test rig so i can check directly if an encoder is good or bad, the same way i do with audio amps.

Looks to me like SOIC-24. Could be wrong though.
