Help -- XRGB MINI NO SOUND 4 k Qled tv.

Hi got a XRGB MINI

Be working flawlessly untill i got a new QLED 4TV... I have no sound now...

Iv checked every thing, i just cant get any sound ? Please is there a fix for this as the picture looks stunning but with out sound its killed it.
Please any help ??

I had this problem when I started using XRGBmini. Try a different Hdmi port. The ARC port on my tv hated the framemeister. Colors were off, no sound, even on pass through. It’s also the only port that utilizes UHD Color so maybe turn off UHD for the port your using.
