I purchased my first scart cable from them. It was a SNES C-Sync and it works fantastic. Shipping took a bit of time, came from Poland if I remember correctly. Truthfully, now I just buy all my scart cables (once you buy one... you get hooked) from retro-access.com . She makes fantastic cables, has customization, and is pretty quick.

I hope Bob doesn't mind me linking to his page, but his website, retrorgb.com is a great resource to find out what you need. http://retrorgb.com/playstation.html#ps2

I recently ordered a CSYNC cable for the Dreamcast from this seller, RGC don't make them yet. There's a rattle in the cable when I shake it (haven't opened the scart head) but other than that it does a great job.
I noticed no picture or audio improvement over my previous Dreamcast scart cable but it was already fine, I only required CSYNC for my Extron switcher.
I wish I had heard of him before ordering all my CSYNC cables from RGC as it would have been much cheaper.
In my case the delivery was quick (from Poland to France).

I only have one SCART cable made by him, it's wired for sync on luma to be used on a PAL SNES. I've only used it once (basically for testing) because I decided to switch to a 1CHIP SFC right after buying it

Here's a couple of pictures if you're interested:

Edit: If anyone's interested in it, PM me and you can have it for free (just pay the shipping)

I had a look into my scart head, it looks roughly the same.
Never opened RGC's cables to compare the soldering skills etc.

Got a DC VGA cable and a couple of SCART cables. Pretty good stuff, great prices, does custom work & fast shipping in Europe. Always friendly & prompt communication. Only issue I had was that for a while the cables with a sync stripper were incorrectly wired and missed the 470ohm resistor, outputting TTL sync. Nasty, but corrected in current cables. All the major cable manufacturers did mess up at some point, RCA had the entire 'boosted sync' mess and I remember an article from Rene/dbElectronics about RGC not including the capacitors in their MD2 cables. These issues have also been corrected since, so seems like they all goofed up at some point and then corrected based on feedback.

Here's a recent cable:

Looks good, maybe the resistors are only 1/8W instead of the recommended 1/4W? Not sure of that matters, also nicely isolated, I like the transparent heatshrink so you can still tell the correct stuff is installed. Here's my older one with the sync stripper on the console side:

I think the stuff RGC makes is really neat. The PCBs inside the SCART head are a very nice design and the fully/individually shielded cables can make a real difference with long cable runs or problematic signals (composite video).

I have his gmail, if you want I can DM it to you although he told me last year he is no longer making cables.

Thanks much, but then there's no point, I guess. Hardly will he be willing to modify some cables of his with csync/TTL for standard consumer usage.

Yeah probably not. Eduart on twitter makes custom cables, I think he ships almost everywhere, might be worth asking if he can build something to your spec: https://x.com/MisirajEduart

Thanks again. I think I have someone saved somewhere from the EU, I guess I should try this first. A shame all these cables didn't get any use, though, seem to be good quality though the guy didn't know about the potential harm they could make on consumer sets by then.

Anyone know any cable makers in Europe? I don't have Twitter...

https://www.tindie.com/stores/retrohb/

I was looking at this guy as well because it's affordable even though he's not in Europe, but I need something custom made as well...

I sent thefoo.83 a message on eBay but he hasn't replied... I've bought from him during the pandemic, shame he stopped making them.

I got a reply from thefoo.83 and he's no longer in business indeed. These guys from Spain might make custom cables if it doesn't involve custom PCBs:

Does RGC not have what you need?

RGC is not in the EU, and I don't think does customs.

Was that a reply to me? RGC is in England, isn't that better than US?
