Av Driver PC Engine Duo ghosting/blur

I recently installed Tim's AV Driver into my PC Engine Duo, it all works fine, but there's some weird horizontal ghosting/blur going on. It's especially noticeable against high contrasting contrasting areas:

I also recently replaced all the caps on the system. Any ideas?
