Requesting help finding or building Sega Power Supplies

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone knows where to buy power supplies for the following systems

Sega Model 2
Sega Model 3
Sega Hikaru

I know that for many of the games on these platforms a standard JAMMA power supply is inadequate for several reasons. If there isn't a vendor currently stocking PSUs for said systems, does anyone know how to get the parts to assemble one myself. Even if I have a PSU designed for a desktop machine, I need to make sure I have the right lines (including a 3.3V if I remember correctly) and also that the voltages are within JVS spec.

On top the that I've been told that the wiring for the Model 3 is a custom connector, and the Hikaru uses a JVS connector. If anyone has information on where to find any of these items, and how to assemble them, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks for your time.
