Sony 14M4E Problems

Hi,

i got two PVMs online and the seller packed them very poorly - so one is dead (broken frame and not turning on)

The other one is running - but has an issue. From time to time the picture flickers up bright blue. I hope this is some kind of dead cap issue that i can fix and someone here
can help me out with (i already switched the power circuits from the two machines - and the error stays the same - so i would say its nots not on the power circuit)

if its a bigger problem caused by the poorly transportation i will sell them for parts...
If my description is not good enough i could try to film it..

It could be anything really.

A cable could of come loose. Solder joints could have cracked. A board could of been cracked, etc etc.

All of which are an easy fix. You'll have to search inside for the problem.
