I got a 14'' crt working as a secondary monitor for my computer by a S-Video cable. Works well for games and old anime, but terrible for windows. Hard to see, cuts parts of my screen and I have take off the mouse and keyboard from its original place. I figured out that I needed a Frontend for: being able to control everything from the joystick and interface ajusted to my screen (720x480).
Something like ArcadeOS or Glaunch would be perfect, but theyre very old and incompatible. I just need a list, nothing near fancy. Anyone had any experience with that?

I'd recommend Mala. It's pretty easy to modify existing designs, so you just fuck around a bit with one you like until it all fits your screen perfectly. Also, its tree structure is simple and easy to get into, and a grandad PC with shitty specs is totally sufficient for running it.

Thanks, one option to try out.
My PC isnt actually that bad, but I have to use a second video card with s-video output for the crt, and that one in special isnt very good. I doubt that it would work for PCSX2, for example, luckly i still have the console.
