I'd like to start by saying that I have read most of all the quick solutions for this issue. Degaussing, messing with the yoke, etc etc.
I bought 2 of these from the same person with the same issues. I was working on both of them and stopped for awhile. Going back to fixing them, I came to find that one of them didn't have the issue anymore. The other still does.
Not sure if it really could have "demagnetized" on its own with time and the other not. So I'm just being hopeful in finding anyone with a similar issue or a surprisingly different solution.
