New York Suggestions?

Post by Soldato J »

Hey folks, I am going to NYC this weekend, and I was wondering if anyone can point me to some cool stuff to see when I am there (from the standpoint of a rabid shmup/anime/video game freak--I already have all of the regular stuff planned). Cool stores, cool exhibits, cool places to check out, make any suggestions at all....

Never been to New York yet, but for me the Nintendo World Store would be a given.

But the New Yorkers here are probably gonna say that thats not worth a visit and give you much better advice for cool things to visit and do (like arcades and the like...)

Thx Super Laydock, Nintendo World is high on the list (just to see it, really) along with Toy Tokyo, but so far that's it...

There's a couple of stores that have imports and an arcade in Chinatown. I know how to get there but always forget the addresses. Be patient, someone will come and fill you in the details.

I forget the name of the store, but go to 26 Elizabeth Street in Chinatown. An awesome import store, chuck full of Neo Geo, Saturn, PCE, just everything you can imagine.
