Wei-ya chassis information needed

Post by OlDirty »

Hi all

Someone tries to fix my chassis but we need help. Does someone has a schematic of this chassis?

It works with some prob in the H-deflection.
There is a small auxiliary upright board in the near of the line-out-transformer.
Some connectors at its edge look burnt, but they are really good.
Nearby a resistor (R17?) ist burnt and open circuit, therefore the plastic is melted.
The big brown cap at its side is in spec.
Does any manual exist? Any the value of the resistor may move me forward.

Google for Rodotron 666A schematic, shouldn't be too different.
Rodotron 666A is the same as a WeiYa C3129A

Here's the schematic of a M3129D01-7 M3129D01-72 ( C3129D01-72 ): http://uploaded.net/file/nhj7p81l

Chassis works again

So what was the problem with the chassis. I try to translate what was discovered.

R17 is on a additional board "3119-3" PCB is in serie circuit with C8 and T1 on the lead of D and F
D leads to the base point of the H-deflection of the "Zeilenlinearitätsspule" :P
F leads to the middle point of the O/W modulation control
Therefore this circuit is placed paralell to the tangens condensator C84
Because of that the resistor can be destroyed if the main lead over the tangens condensator is interrupted

Something like this :D

So the tangens condensator C84 and the resistor R17 were broken.

Hi,

It looks like the problem I am having with my M3129D01-7 is very similar.
Did changing only R17 and C84 fixed the problem or did you have to replace more components ?
What was the value of R17 ? Mine is so burned that I cannot read it value anymore...
Do you still have those schematics ? the download like is broken !

Thanks
