MODS: board update

just a heads up incase you didn't get the newsletter.

phpbb just got an update to version 2.018. Includes some security issues, although I'm not sure how bad they were.

There's also some template changes, I did them for my board, but they don't seem to be of any major concern.

btw - has anyone noticed that the bbcode buttons in this forum seem a bit unworkable (they don't seem to work well with highlight text). pm me if you want the change for this - it's something in your template. Or alternatively I can do it for you if you need...

I don't like the look of this one either.
