I tried to mod my little brothers n64 and had and a pre wired TI amp. I understood how to solder the one end to the other side of the video processor but my amp does not have a fancy connector board like I have seen in most mods going to the video out connector.
My question is. Can I solder directly to the solder points without one of those boards to the raw wires coming out of my amp ?
I gave up and put it all back together.
