What happened to Milestone's IPs after Klon closed?
I know after Sakura Flamingo Archives came out the company shut down...so where'd everything end up after that? Scattered around or something?

If the original developers are no longer working with it, whatever happens to the IP can only be bad

It's unfortunate. They were actually willing to get some games over to the US.
I skipped math class in college a few times to play Chaos Field.
I don't know if I'm "Working Designs" closing sad about them but it's still kind of depressing.

I always thought khdn had the IPs (afaik they directed the 3DS games), but all the Milestone remixes on Nagata's bandcamp were taken down a few months ago.

Puyo is a much easier thing to get right than the gameplay and atmosphere of these particular STGs. Actually imo sonic team wrecked what atmosphere puyo had (but the gameplay was fine)trap15 wrote:Like Puyo?

Klon closed the Sakura Flamingo Laboratory but Klon still exists and while I don't know if they 100% own all the Milestone STGs I do know they still have the rights to the games they put out (Archives and the awful 3DS games).
