Capacitor value for Strikers 1945 PCB?

I have a Strikers 1945 PCB where the C9 capacitor in the audio section is broken off and missing. Would anyone be able to check the capacitor value on their board for me? In pictures of the PCB online, C9 looks to be the same physical size as C8, which is 100uF 16v. I'd like to confirm the value against another PCB though.

C9 is 100uf 16V

I have two of these boards and both whine like a bitch, apparently nothing can be done about it.
This industry has become 2 dimensional as it transcended into a 3D world.
