Are there any hardware differences between JPN/USA/EUR PS4?

Just curious to know if there are or if they are basically just one stock unit produced for everywhere and the only difference is the system region firmware?

Pretty sure it's all in the firmware considering the PS4 only outputs HDMI and has a universal power supply.
