Help! Identify PCB

Post by noonan2678 »

Hey guys,

I guess this is hardware...

I picked up a CPS2 A/B board of MvSF recently for $40. Pretty cool. 8) They guy just threw this in. It's not working, but only looks like it might need some joint fixing to get it going. Any ideas what it is?

Thanks!

Those images can't be embedded, they work better as just hyperlinks. Interesting looking board with (if I count right) 21 pins, lots of old style chips and an early grid layout. Cool flame-spitting dragon / horse on the silkscreen too! Leaning towards a "H.K. original" here, but what's the bottom board got on it?

If you have some time there's a list of AY-3-8910 games though I think it would be better to do a search with other chips as well. Hopefully somebody just will recognize the board / knows those characters.

Yea, I tried using Google drive and they don't give you BB code. Updated now.

I'll take a pic of the bottom tomorrow (EST). Heading to bed now. It is interesting...

Thanks for that link!

Anyone have an idea? Sorry I haven't gotten to the bottom picture... Let me know if there's anything else that you'd need to see to ID.
