Super Nintendo, 1CHIP-01 ghosting problems and vertical bars

so I was making a few adjustments to my SNES RGB Rig when I noticed some lightly colored vertical bars on the right-hand side of the screen along with some graphical ghosting during movement. (the effect doesn't seem to be as visible through my capture card but it's still there.)

I made some recordings to show you guys what I mean, I've heard of this problem before but I haven't been able to find any information about fixing it. is there anything I can do about it? do all 1CHIP's have this problem? (even SNES juniors?)

in this first video you can see both problems (vertical lines, ghosting) fairly plainly, especially later as the level progresses

in the second video it's a little harder to see but you can still recognize it, especially when the giant Banzai Bill passes over the screen.

here's a video from a Genesis on the same set up, just for comparison. as you can see the video output on that system is much cleaner than the 1chip
