I'm fairly new to the RGB scene, thus far have RGB / SCART setup for my SNES 101, Genesis 1 & Saturn Model 2. I also just bought a PEXHDCAP PCI-E card for video capture and am borrowing a friend's Sync Strike to try it out and so I can use my Sony PVM-2030 at the same time as recording footage and/or livestreaming on my Gaming PC. I'm using the Micomsoft Drivers v1.1.0.108.
Here's my current setup:
SNES SCART --> Sync Strike
Parallel on PVM & SCART Female <-- Sync Strike
VGA + RCA out from Sync Strike --> RCA Adapter + VGA-->DVI adapter --> PEXHDCAP
These SCART cables were purchased from retro_console_accessories on eBay.
I've tried both Video Keeper and AmaRecTV, and I've noticed some fuzz/artifacting going on with both my SNES and Genesis:

Genesis Video (Rocket Knight Adventures) - https://www.dropbox.com/s/jt37z7zllqa8e ... t.AVI?dl=0
While the colors seem alright I am bothered by the amount of artifacts going on, particular when there's black involved. Does anyone know what could be the cause of this? Thanks in advance.
