I have a few questions and ill try to ask them in the most simplified manner. I am only very new to terms like sync strippers and csync etc but ive got a basic idea without getting too technical about them.
So ive bought an RGB capable (modded) snes mini from ebay (the one that did not output rgb natively) and i was curious. I will be using this with the XRGB mini and would like to use csync scart cables. Is the "rgb mod" done to the snes mini ALSO the one that restores/adds csync functionality? OR is that mod (adding csync capability) a totally different mod altogether?
Secondly, i have a modded PS2 with an infinity matrix chip that allows NTSC/PAL ps2 and ps1 games. Now, ps2 both regions works fine, but PSX games in NTSC format dont show any picture (again, PAL Ps2, NTSC game, No image) VIA component. Is this a known issue? I know i should be using SCART anyway, but my euroscart adapter is not here yet so im just experimenting for the time being
The image shows fine on my CRT, but via xrgb mini, nothing. Only audi.
Help is greatly appreciated
