XRGB-Mini RGB Saturn Display Problems

Post by goo3r »

Hi Everyone,

I apologize in advance if this has been addressed before, but I was unable to find anything.

So, I just got my XRGB-Mini. I'm upgrading from an XRGB-3 for the HDMI support. I hooked my Saturn up to it via RGB and I'm getting a weird scrambled signal.

There was no issue with it on the XRGB-3. The connection is Saturn EURO SCART RGB cable -> EURO Scart JP-21 Converter Cable -> JP-21 to DIN (Came with XRGB-Mini).

I have a Sega Genesis I hooked up via RGB the same way with no issue.

I checked the PSU, and it's a world voltage adapter.

Any ideas on what it could be? I updated my firmware to the latest (2.02) and that didn't help either.

Thanks in advance for any advice!

Try a clean sync or a luma for sync cable.

Thank you for the help! I am ordering a new cable with CSYNC for a Model 2 Saturn now. I do appreciate it!
