HELP - Framemeister xRGB remote problem

Hi!

I have a xRGB. The remote control used to work just fine, but now it does nothing... I changed the batteries, I tested it using my cellphone and there is light coming out of the IR sender, I reset my xrgb...

I don't know what to do, does anybody had this problem?

unfortunately a good numer of FM remotes started to fail last year. Micomsoft will exchange the remote. Talk to your dealer or buy a replacement remote.

Hum... I bought it when I was in Japan, from Trader. Now I'm in Brazil . Guess I'll have to buy a new one...

There's no way to fix the remote?

Same thing happened to me and I tried as much troubleshooting as possible, without success.
I also bought mine from Trader while I was in Japan and ended up buying a replacement remote from Solaris:
