So I've got my XRGB-3 to work in B1 mode with all of my consoles and be able to connect it to my BenQ RL2460HT EXCEPT for my Longhorn modded Atari 7800.
It works in B0 mode strangely, but I'd like scanlines and less lag. Neither S-Video or composite work in B1 mode. For example, I used my SNES in the S-Video slot, which worked great. Then switched it to the Atari 7800 and got nothing.
Another weird thing, I played around and ran my Atari S-Video -> XRGB 3 in B1 mode -> Gonbes -> Monitor. Now it works. However, this is not an ideal setup as I want to use the XRGB 3 for all my consoles.
Any reason why it would work this way and not just solely using the XRGB 3? Am I missing some special settings? I've tried adjusting the DC, AFC, and ADC.
Thanks in advance!

The XRGB-3 probably works fine with the 7800, just your monitor won't sync for some weird irregularities in the sync signal.
Have you tried changing the resolution which ? I found the sync signals to vary widely depending on your resolution setting DESPITE the fact that B0 does always output the same res. V-Sync is something you could try as well.
