Disney's R-rated movies?

This may be a dumb question but...

I know they never release a R-rated movie under 'Disney' label, even they once got PG-13 rating on Pirates of the Caribbean series. They also have subsidiaries like Touchstone Pictures, Hollywood Pictures, Miramax (1993-2006, Dimension Films, etc and used to make their movies for mature audience (mostly PG-13 or R).

My question is are the movies under these label truly produced by Disney? The only info I know, Touchstone and Hollywood ones are founded by one of the Disney CEO, while the rest are "owned and abandoned".
