Sony FW900 and HP A7217A questions

Hello..
I was looking for a Sony FW900 a while back and the eBay listing were over 1k.. Yesterday on my local craglist someone posted a Sony FW900 and an HP A7217A for $200 each.. The A7217A looks to me like a FW900, just different color and HP branding. Both of then are seating in my "Game Room" right now and testing a few games:)... what is the difference between the two input VGA and NBC on the back of these monitors? Do I get better picture quality using one over the other?

no, they're the same. Simply use them to connect two sources at once.

congratulations, great monitors. Unquestionably the finest gaming monitor on the planet right now.

Be sure to get yourself either a DTP-94 colorimeter (also known as MonacoOptix XR) or an i1 display pro (the former can be found very cheap second hand on ebay). Also get the USB to TTL cable, and follow my WinDAS guide over here:
