I live in Sweden and I just got my Msx2 FS-A1. Now I wonder what kind of transformator do I need?

I actually already have 2 transformators, but I'm unsure they are able to deliver enough Ampere. None of them go over 1A. But since they are occupied by a Sega Saturn and a PC-FX. I figured I'd buy a new one for the MSX2. I just want to buy the most optimal for it. Any tips are okay.
The Panasonic AC Adaptor says:
Input: AC100V, 50/60Hz, 23VA
Output: DC9V, 1.2A AND AC18V, 170mA (it's got 3 pins)
Also a different question... I'm very noob at MSX. Is the cartridge slot on the top is for expansion carts? Or why can I place 2 MSX carts into the same computer at the same time?
