I made RGB mod boards for the Turbografx 16 and PC Engine

Post by low_budget »

Originally I had a goal to have RGB output capability from all my consoles. This eventually led me to developing a new RGB mod for the Turbografx 16 and PC Engine. Since the expansion port has all the necessary A/V pins available, I decided to make a thin PCB that could be soldered directly over the pins on the solder side of the motherboard. This eliminates the need to make the input R, G, B, CS, 5v, and ground connections with wires and simplifies the installation.

Works great with the XRGB mini Framemeister.

I'm offering them for $39.00 on my website http://www.lowbudgetify.com/turbografx- ... e-rgb.html

Nice! Looks like a well designed board. Price is great also, IMO. I would love to see the performance on a CRT tube.
