Just watched 'Resident Evil Apocalypse'

Post by JBC »

Ok - i'm bad. I actually already saw this abomination at the theatre last year and knew how horrible it was but i bought it anyway.

Usually i just outright shun things like this and try not to think about them but i had to make an exception here. Besides i promised Milla and Seillina that i would last time i had them over for drinks.

Well, Ok that didn't actually happen.

Anyway - i'm totally speechless about how craptacular this flick was. It has NOTHING to do with the games and makes absolutley no sense. Did anyone else see this? I mean - it's pretty and all but GAWD...

Yeah it could have been much better but it also could have been much worse.,

I thought the costumes and make up were pretty good and nemesis did look okay.

plot wise it sucked though, and that jill valentine did she have to wear that stupid blue outfit? to many foreigners in that film..... Ashford family didn't even fit in right and where the hell was wesker!

Imho they should just make resident evil one, have the big mansion helicopter crash, weskers manipulation of barry, big end tyrant fight, every body goes back home no problems.

Stupid grave yard martial art scence did not need to be there. ''Im good but not that good'' ''you must be a zombie'' can't script writters do better.

These films should not exist. I hated this as much as Universal Soldier 3.

EDIT: Actually no, Universal soldier 3 is worse, but Resident evil is still garbage.

I loved the first one so I bought the double pack when part 2 came out.

Part 2 was horrible. Just horrible.

IIRC, Milla Jovavich spent most of her time in the first movie looking hot. Does she do more of the same in Apocalypse?

i actually kinda liked the first part of the film, when theyre desperatley running around the deserted town, it had alot of resident evil feeling.. but then superhero-milla shows up and the whole flick just goes to shit.

RE 1 is great tho :)
the destruction of everything, is the beginning of something new. your whole world is on fire, and soon, you'll be too..
