Microswitches for Mega Drive Arcade Power Stick (JP)?

Occasionally the stick is unresponsive in the up direction. It doesn't look to be dodgy connections and you can hear the microswitch click. So I'm guessing the switch itself is on the way out. I have some microswitches left over from shoddy stock arcade sticks I've modded out but they're REALLY loud so I don't want to bother with them.

Any microswitch recommendations to use as replacements? The housing isn't very deep so they can't be too chunky and ideally would be able to get them from the UK.
