Hi!
So I recently got a PVM monitor with Scart BNC cable... So I take the audio L and R and connect that to my surround sound. But I feel there is a slightly delay for the audio to come thru the speakers compared to what's happening on the PVM. Does anyone have any way to fix 0 delay analogue audio? like can I buy some specific cheap sound system which can playback analogue audio or am I simply screwed?

Your receiver might have its audio delay setting on, check its manual. My Sony receiver has a setting that adds 68ms of delay to account for laggy cheap LCDs.
Other than that it could be doing some other weird processing? You shouldn't be getting a major delay with analogue audio.

What sort of "surround" processing are you using? What receiver do you have? bobrocks95 makes some excellent points.

I have a Sony DAV-DZ680. I think there is no way to change any settings for improvement. There's only this: http://www.manualslib.com/manual/247656 ... ml?page=51 but it's only if you are playing a DVD which I am never doing.

Meant to reply to this again- that's the same name for the setting on my Sony receiver, but mine doesn't have any sort of DVD player built-in. I'm assuming you tried it already and it didn't make a noticeable difference?
