FrameMeister and 24KHz / Medium-res

Post by rtw »

I would like to play Gradius IV on my SONY Bravia using the FrameMeister.

Gradius IV outputs medium-res / 24 KHz. Sync is composite.

I have read many contradicting posts on this subject.

Can anyone confirm that the FrameMeister is able to handle 24 KHz ?

If it cannot handle 24 KHz what are my options ?

Thank you, for confirming that it works Fudoh!

Seems like the only thing I need is a sync combiner. I should have a Kenzei somewhere :D

Is there anyone who manufactures a cable which has a male DE-15 at one end, a good sync combiner, and a FrameMeister mini-din plug at the other ?

The power supply would either be taken from pin 9 of the female DE-15 or a separate supply.
