I'm working on an infinite, increasing difficulty horizontal shoot 'em up that will be releasing on PS4, WiiU, and PC later this year and would like to get your guys thoughts!
Trailer
This is the first put together version of the trailer that we've made, we're currently working on one with the updated graphics to the game, ditching out the titles, and changing to a gamma transition rather then fade to black.
Sound Track
We split each song into a High and a Low layer within the game (bandcamp has the mix); on death we decrease the volume on the low (drop the beat), and during pause we decrease the volume on high (less energy).

History
Myself and a friend from highschool started it as a project during a gamejam back in 2011 which had the theme of "Light" as part of the jam.
What it looked with 48 hours We used XNA to build it, was super fun to put together.
Post Jam we added in some more features like waves of enemies in it, and started working with our composer Bobby Rose for the song in it.
We hope to deliverer a fun, minimalist shmup; we hope that the light mechanic delivers something new to the genre. =)
