Hori Fighting Stick Wii Mod - Zero Delay Encoder

I modded my Hori Fighting Stick Wii with a Zero Delay encoder for PS 1, 2, 3 and PC compatibility, and also weighed it down with BB's. (Why do they call them BB's? They're just ball bearings...) Details and pictures here:
