Deathsmiles Games on Demand question

I have the japanese First Print Limited Edition with voices DLC of Deathsmiles, but I cant understand the story because moonspeak, Atlus released a US version with english text but it is region locked to US consoles only and I only have a japanese Xbox 360 (I do have a US Xbox 360 but its a Xenon whitout HDMI), so I was wondering if anyone knows wether or not the US Game on Demand version of Deathsmiles can you download it from the US Xbox Live and does it work with japanese Xbox 360s?

Apparently according to this list Deathsmiles 2X US Games on Demand version can be is not IP blocked nor region locked to japanese consoles (but the US version is all in japanese anyways, sothere is no point in getting the Games on Demand version).

The general rule of thumb (AFAIK) with Games on Demand is that the region locks and protection are identical to the disc version of that specific game. Unless you hear otherwise, do not expect it to be any different just because it's downloadable.

Okay sorry and that sucka, guess ill stick to my japanese copy or just get a physical copy of US Deathsmiles and play it on my US Xenon.
