Neither of the new consoles are region-locked. I mean, games "can be" region-locked in the way that PS3 games "could," but in practice esssentially never were.

I'm expecting if this is da realz, that we'll get AC and EX modes on the disc, because older game + PS4. I also expect Chronicle Mode in some form, but how much of it, I'm not sure. All of Chronicle Mode is patently too big to fit on a disc (or even two!) so perhaps it will be choice cuts followed by 2 years worth of DLC Chronicle additions.

What I want is the option to set the visual display across two LCDs. Then that petition would really be validated.

Let's just put it this way: the entire game with Chronicle fits in about half a DVD. They could definitely put it in, but I think they'll probably opt for a DLC model because why not, some free money for 'em.
