It's very good, in a Galaxy Force II kind of way. Sort of a borderliner though... hence OT.

Decent for a freeform rail shooter (it doesn't resemble a shmup at all, except for the tunnel stages). Amazing visuals, esp. the last boss. Simple but solid gameplay. Still, nothing stands out for me (then again, I also don't like rail shooters).

The best thing about this game is its music (not all of it is great, but some). Everything else, from the boring gameplay to that god-awful FMV intro that looked like it belongs in 1994, is sub-par (as for the intro, it doesn't even win cheese points..no sir, not in '99 it don't).

Star Fox 64 knocks the shit out of any on-rails shooter, pretty much. Truth. Even Zwei :-0

The next best thing to Panzer Dragoon on the PS1.

That is, of course, only if you haven't played Gamera 2000.

I like it, it has a decent atmosphere and design. It plays a bit like Zone of the Enders for the PS2.

Pretty decent rail shooter, which features the same multi homing lasers like Zone of Enders.
The levels are set in multiple locations & the colors are bit dull (Brownish)
Some cool Boss fights & multiple missiles chasing you ala Macross/Robotech (You have to shoot them down in the same fashion as in the Macross/Robotech anime series)
The camera is nice too & you actually have to use it in order to avoid some of the shots aimed against you.

The music is horrible though!
Some crap Hard Rock tracks, which are completely unsuitable to the Mecha theme of the game.
The Intro FMV in nice though.

Don't expect the game to be anything as good as Panzer Dragoon series though.
