Need help, what should i buy? PVM 2730QM vs 2950qm ?

My setup so far: PS1, PS2, Saturn, XBOX360, SNES

I have heard the 2950 is not so good in Regards to Scanlines?
Advantage of the 2730 would be Scart Connect on Board !
