Graphic problems with a Death Smiles Mega Black Label PCB

I bought the pcb 2 years ago, and the game worked fine.
But now, I have some colors problems. All the game is blue.
You can play the game since you are still able to see the characters and most of the background.
Does anyone knows someone able to fix these kinds of pcb ?

It could potentially be a similar problem, also could be something else - you'd need to get someone with an oscilloscope to check it.

I don't usually take on repair work but I'd be happy to take a look at this because I have an interest in the problem. If you want to get someone local then point them to my block - they need to scope the same chips I mention in there.

This was 10 years ago, but I'd be curious if the problem was the same and solved the same way.
