Can X Box/PS2 cheat devices play imports?

Can the Action Replay or the Game Saves device allow one to play imports on a US X Box or US PS2? I have a Game Shark for my Saturn and Dreamcast that allows me to boot imports on those systems. And does anybody have a preference between the Action Replay and Game Saves?

No unfortunately they don't. There are boot discs that do-check out www.modmonster.com , but you still have to physically modify your XBOX or PS2 in some fashion, even if it says "no physical modification required!" or something similar on the box.
