Advice needed: Which phone should I get?

Can anyone here give me a little advice? I'm looking for a phone with the following features:

Dual Sim Slot with both cards active at the same time
As small as possible
Shouldn't cost more than 50 or 60 Euros
Possible to install FB messenger, Whatsapp and check emails, other internet features not necessary. Therefore slow data transfer speed wouldn't be a problem
Long battery life
If it also has Wifi that would be nice but it's not mandatory.

I was considering the new Microsoft / Nokia 215 phone for 39 Euros which has 3 weeks battery life but it seems it only has physical keys and that's a hassle for writing messages.

Samsung Galaxy Star series and Intel XOLO A500/550 series are the only ones i can find, with dual sim and full android (4.2/4.4).
Honestly spend a little more and get MotoG second gen, its a steal at the price, I have one, for what its worth definitely gives a bang for the buck.
