Thank you! I unlocked a few of those, but never looked at them. They are pretty nice actually.

I got a few "trading cards" through playing the game. Can you unlock all the wallpapers this way or do you actually have to trade with other users.

these are from the trading cards themselves (just click on the card in the badge progress screen,) which you need to trade for or buy from the marketplace for about 10 cents each. There are also the steam profile backgrounds you can get from crafting badges out of the trading cards, but i've only unlocked one of those so far.
