Zero game for the GBC???...

Post by dave4shmups »

I know there was a Mega Man Zero game for the Game Boy Color, but I cannot for the life of me remember the name-and I just got a GBA-SP and would love to get a hold of it.

Game List. No Zero GBC.

First hit when searching for "mega man" or "megaman".
No matter how good a game is, somebody will always hate it. No matter how bad a game is, somebody will always love it.

We should thank our friend Google for saving the day once again :D. And Ghegs too for reminding us that Google is our friend.
"Sooo, what was it that you consider a 'good salary' for a man to make?"
"They should at least make 100K to have a good life"

Hilarious. I checked that site too, but I am positive that there is a Zero game for the Game Boy Color-I know because I tried it out a while back on a GB/GBC emluator (called "BGB").

It may have been a bootleg someone created out of a hobby. Those MM fans (i'm one of em') are freakin' crazy!

It was probably just Megaman Xtreme 2. It's not a Zero game, but you can play as Zero in it.

That would be my guess...unless there is some mysterious, unknown Mega Man game that I, as a Mega/Rockman fanboy completely and totally missed.

Yep, Mega Man Xtreme 2 it is, thanks BrianC, and others, for your help!

At any rate, I'm really getting into the GBA; I have Castlvania Circle of the Moon-which is really addictive, as is GBC Dragon Warrior I and II!

I also have Project S-11, not Compile, but not "a poor attempt at Compile" either, IMO, as is written in the Xenocide Files.

I would really like to get GBA Revenge of Shinobi. I've read about control issues in reviews of the game on GameFaqs, but the Game Spot review of it only mentions repetitiveness in the action, and if that's the only issue, then I can certainly handle that.
