I'm sorry if this is no big deal to any of you guys but i just had to say something about it.
I just recently got super fast wireless internet on my laptop here and have been downloading MAME roms for days. My eyes are sore and my brain hurts but gadamn if my collection isn't awesome!
Also, i love being able to alter the background for the MAME interface. I used one of my drawings that i altered in photoshop for the background and filtered out all the clones (cause i still want every version) and hid the folder list.
Now this part is obsessive - i been using photoshop to clean up the screenshots i took for each rom.
Damn this program looks sleek now. And my laptop runs it better than most home pc's i've seen. I can't believe how smooth the Metal Slug games are running now!
Anyway - MAME is awesome - despite the naysayers. This rocks!

Well, i used to live out in the middle of nowhere where there was no high speed connections. It's no biggy to you guys but to me it's christmas! YAY!
