Hopefully this is super noob territory and easily fixable...
After having turned the monitor from horizontal to vertical, the upper and lower borders are some sort of wavy. Here's a picture to show what I mean:
Please help!

Have you tried it with a game that wasn't wavy horizontal?

Yes, the screen was fine with all games before and wasn't with the same ones after the rotation. So it's not a PCB problem.

My Egret II did that until I took the fluorescent light bulb out..

Yeah, if it's fine in hori but not vert and that's all that's changed, I'd start by testing what happens when disconnecting the bulb. I know it's no fun to test but does the waviness go away if you rotate it back to hori?
