RGB-modded SNES mini produce better video than OG SNES?

More or less true, at least in the case of older original SNES's. Later revisions that came just before the SNES Minis, the 1CHIP SNES's have comparable quality. It's all technology improvements over time.

I haven't had a chance to try a 1-chip SNES but my modded SNES mini looks much better in RGB than my original SNES.
